Hi, my name is Elliott
200hr Certified Yoga Teacher
Like many, I didn't grow up doing gymnastics and couldn't even touch my toes when I started training 6 years ago. I made countless mistakes each of which set my progress back by many months.The problem is nowadays there is too much information out there and what you need is for someone to bring it altogether and give you somewhere to start.It gets even harder when working on more challenging skills, getting away from the wall, pressing or One arm can seem impossible. Through my 7 years experience practicing and 2 years teaching I have learnt how to bridge every gap you face to break it into manageable steps.


WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
This workshop is about taking your Handstand to the next level. It will assume you're able to walk up the wall and fall safely. This will allow us to focus on how to create balance and pull you off the wall. While also teaching you in a progressive and accessible way to learn more advanced moves!✅ Creating balance– Finally learn how to get off the wall, a significant amount of the workshop will cover this area. Get to 10 seconds and beyond
✅ How to feel lighter on your feet and get started learning to press
✅ Shape Changes – Improve alignment and control in different positions
✅ Intro to One-Arm Handstands – For those of you with the right foundations we will started on the road to a one-arm holdClass will include extensive group warm up, workshop with lots of time for 1-2-1 support, circuits style class.

I'm a beginner can I join?
> Progressions Workshop: This workshop is designed to help progress your handstand so having foundations so you will need to be able to comfortably walk up the wall and hold crow / frog stand for around 10 seconds.
> All Levels: Yes, this is designed for all levels and assumes no prior knowledge. Progressions will be given for those who are more advancedWhat do I need to bring with me?
Comfortable sports clothes, water bottle. Yoga mats and blocks are provided but feel free to bring your own.I can't join a workshop now but want to start learning

what to expect
These sessions are designed to build your foundation of stability, strength, and flexibility, not just for handstands but for better movement across your entire body.
A lot of the class is follow along or circuits based to give you a weekly workout while also introducing you to how to handstand.Class Structure🔹 Group Warm-Up (10 min) – Activate your wrists, shoulders, and core with targeted prep to ensure a safe and effective session.🔹 Strength & Flexibility Training (20 min) – A structured mix of yoga-inspired bodyweight strength and deep stretching to build endurance and mobility. Expect challenging movements with progressions and regressions to suit all levels.🔹 Handstand, Strength & Flexibility Circuits (20 min)– Rotate through focused drillst, designed to develop key areas needed for handstands.🔹 Handstand Practice (30 min) – Guided drills customized to your ability, whether you're working on kicking up, finding balance, or refining your alignment.🔹 Breathwork & Cool Down (10 mins)

I'm a beginner can I join?
Yes! This class is suitable for you even if you have zero handstand experience, and for anyone wanting to improve their 2 arms handstand.Why sign up for this classes?
- Get a structured plan: There is loads of information out there on learning to handstand but these classes will cut out the clutter.
- Accountability: WhatsApp group and accountability calls are there to keep you motivated
- Get your questions answered: Form checks are available throughout to feel confident you are doing it right or know how to improve

What do I need to bring with me?

Don't worry you will be able to sign up to a future class for free. Contact me with which class you will be unable to attend and you will be able to book onto a future class instead. (Note: Class passes need to be used within 12 months)
